Testimonials
“Our lives are not our own. We are bound to others, past and present, and by each breath and every kindness, we birth our future”
David Mitchell, Cloud Atlas
Edwar Arley - Colombia
Studying General English in Brisbane at QAT
“I had a situation where I had a high probability of denial (tourist visa, then couple visa and then COVID visa) at that time no agency wanted to take my case.
However, Monkeys has experience in processes with health personnel (I am a Colombian doctor) since they have a doctor on their staff who guides me to focus the application.
I was always informed about how the process was going until its final approval. They suggested me to the Queensland Academy of Technology where I feel that my level of English improved. I recommend this agency because I feel that they look beyond the easy paths that others look for, at Monkeys they go the extra mile especially if they are health personnel."
Ali Naderi - Norway

“I am grateful to Monkeys Agency for their exceptional support during my visa process. I truly appreciate their efficiency, responsibility, and speed in handling my application. Their guidance and support made the entire process much smoother and more manageable. A special thanks to Freyderick an Joanne for their attentiveness and unwavering commitment to ensuring everything was handled perfectly. I highly recommend their services without hesitation, as their professionalism and dedication are truly outstanding.
As an applicant, it’s important to remain patient, as the agency requires a thorough collection of documents to ensure your safety and the successful handling of your case. I look forward to continuing my collaboration with Monkeys Agency."

“The first two weeks for me were pretty hard. I felt lonely, I was away from home, from family, from friends, and there wasn’t anyone that I really knew in the city. But, as the weeks went on and as school started, I started to get involved in more activities with the agency and on campus and really found the things I wanted to do in the city. The Monkeys helped me create my own space.”
